Taking the thoughts into a coffeeshop…

I almost forgot how it feels to put words down, somewhere outside, surrounded by music, (the kind of one which is not really mine)…and the voice of two girls learning how to prepare a coffee… yes, i got mine wrong… but didn’t say anything, feeling empathy for the girls trying their best under the eyes of their Boss, sitting in a corner watching them. This was also took from us in the last two years of separation and dividedness, needing an injection, in order to live your life somehow in your terms… i missed it, but not really missed it…

The connection we seek outside, is the connection we miss inside with our own self… no one can give us what we haven‘t yet discovered…when we feel complete and live from that space, our authentic self don’t need someone or something to tells us how we should be or what we should do, in order to be part of something, we no longer have any kind of expectation from an outside source, whatever that is. Person, situation, believes, cultural programming or systems…

Every moment we stray away from who we really are, or at the point where we are in our life, in order to do things just to fit in, we create a tension that blocks us from the sensation of being fully alive, because being divided in our expression takes us away from our authenticity and the result is nothing but a shadow of what it supposed to be, or of who we are. And yes sometimes it takes a radical transformation so we can embrace that authentic clarity, without compromising our heart. Living from our heart was supposed to be easy, being our own true nature, but what we experienced through our lives was a different story, unlearning to trust and live away from that truth.

„People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances with our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.(Joseph Campbell)

„The joy of Being, which is the only true happiness, cannot come to you through any form, possession, achievement, person, or event—through anything that happens. That joy cannot come to you—ever. It emanates from the formless dimension within you, from consciousness itself and thus is one with who you are.“(Eckhart Tolle)

Blessings on your journey wherever you are…🌹
